Wendy Mitch

Wendy Mitch has been challenging, training, and developing others for more than 30 years.  She is a certified Integral Coach through New Ventures West.  She has her Master’s degree in Servant Leadership from Viterbo University, and is a licensed facilitator for the Arbinger Institute.  She has 30 years of professional service in the Catholic Church and is the owner of Shifting Perspectives: Integral Coaching and Consulting.

Wendy has facilitated hundreds of workshops, retreats, and seminars in the areas of Spiritual Development, Outward Mindset, Servant Leadership, Self-Deception, as well as the Medicine Wheel and now her newest program, Spiral Dynamics.

Wendy and her husband, Rusty, have 6 adult children and live in Plover, WI.
