Rev. Paul Tillman, OblSB

Rev. Paul Tillman serves as lead pastor at Heartwood Church in Oakdale. Paul has earned a B.A. in Biblical Studies from Grace School of Theology and Ministry, a B.A. in Humanities and Religious Studies from California State University Sacramento, and a M.Div. from Wesley Seminary at Indiana Wesleyan University. He is ordained in The Wesleyan Church and, as of 2016, an oblate of St. Paul’s Monastery. Paul has been blessed to live in multi-cultural communities, growing up and ministering in the San Francisco Bay Area, later in the Sacramento Metro Area, and now in Minneapolis St. Paul Metro Area.

His seminary emphasis was spiritual formation in multi-generational and multi-ethnic contexts. Husband to a strong wife. Father to two creative daughters. Servant of the life-giving God.
