Refreshing Your Birthright Tool Kit

Refreshing Your Birthright Tool Kit is our theme. A quality lineup of speakers each have a goal to provide you with tips, techniques, and information for enhancing the ways you serve the women who come to your office. In addition to outside experts, there will be opportunities to tap the wisdom of other Birthright volunteers and sharpen your Birthright skills as we share the joys and challenges, we often encounter.

Tools to help you improve:
✔️ Hear how you can improve your listening skills with those who feel in crisis
✔️ Receive guidance on encouraging healthy relationships with a negative test client
✔️ Understand how to present adoption as a reasonable option during conversations after a positive test. Learn more about Minnesota’s recently changed adoption law.
✔️Acquire information on the increase in telemedicine and prescription abortions
✔️ Learn practical approaches for common challenges at Birthright offices
✔️ Get updates and guidance from the State Birthright Board

In addition to improving your skills serving Birthright clients, we will enjoy musical entertainment; optional prayer times with the Benedictine Sisters; delicious meals prepared in the Monastery kitchen; opportunities to stroll the peaceful grounds; enjoy the outdoor meditation labyrinth, and of course…have fun with other Birthright volunteers.
