BioSpiritual Focusing Retreat
With Kami Pohl, OblSB and Jeff Dols
January 22 - 24, 2027
BioSpiritual Focusing (BSF) is a way of opening the whole of ourselves–mind, body, and spirit–to a deeper connectedness with the self, others, and the Divine. BSF offers a way to tap into your inner wisdom and open yourself to the possibility of spiritual transformation.
This experiential retreat offers an overview of BSF as well as times to practice the art of companioning. The weekend will also include quiet times for rest and reflection. This retreat is open to those who have experience with BioSpiritual Focusing as well as those new to the practice.
