BioSpiritual Focusing Monthly Practice Group (Aug)

Join us one Friday a month from 9:00-11:00 am for an opportunity to practice BioSpiritual Focusing with a companion, to continue to learn about BioSpiritual Focusing with a group and to be renewed and transformed by this experiential, body-centered spiritual practice.
This group is open to new members who have completed a BioSpiritual Focusing Level 1 and/or Level 2 workshop. Regular attendance is encouraged but not required month to month. Upcoming dates are Fridays: Aug. 21, 2026, Sep. 18, 2026, Oct. 23, 2026. Nov. 20, 2026 and Dec. 18. 2026.
Structure of the Morning
- 9:00 am Group review, new topic within BioSpirituality, or Live Focusing
- 9:30 am Partner Focusing
- 10 am Group Processing – Experiential Learnings
- 10:15 am Partner Focusing
- 10:45 am Group Processing – Experiential Learnings
- 11 am Morning concludes
Individuals are welcome to stay for 11:30am midday prayer with the Sisters and lunch for a small additional fee to cover lunch (register here for lunch).
About the Leaders
Kami Pohl
Kami received her training in Spiritual Direction from the Franciscan Spirituality Center in La Crosse, Wisconsin. She also completed advanced companioning training in BioSpiritual Focusing from the BioSpiritual Institute. Jeff Dols
Jeff Dols is currently serving as one of the Oblate Co-Directors at St. Paul’s Monastery. Jeff has experience in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors.
