Images of Wisdom: A Retreat with the Wisdom Woman
An immersive evening of prayer, reflection, and creative encounter
What if Wisdom is already moving through your life—quietly, persistently, radiantly?

Rooted in the poetic beauty of Wisdom 7:24–30 and inspired by the luminous Wisdom Woman from The Saint John’s Bible, this two-hour retreat invites you into a contemplative encounter with Sophia—Holy Wisdom—who “penetrates and pervades all things.”
Through guided prayer, Visio Divina with the sacred image, reflective Scripture, creative expression, and meaningful conversation, you will be invited to notice where Wisdom is already present: in your story, in the women and men who have shaped you, and in the quiet movements of your daily life.
Together, we will explore Wisdom as breath, as light, as renewal, and as a living presence that continues to pass “into holy souls from age to age.” You will have space to bring your own experiences into prayer—through journaling, art-making, and ritual—while being held in a community grounded in Benedictine hospitality and deep listening.
Whether you are seeking clarity, renewal, or simply a day set apart to listen more deeply, this retreat offers a sacred rhythm of silence and sharing, stillness and creativity—opening you to the radiance of Wisdom that does not fade, even in uncertain times.
Come and see where Wisdom is already at work in you—and where she may be leading you next.
