Hi Sam,
We would like to book for May 18-20, 2018. We will have 7 people. Six of those will be staying two nights, one will be staying one (Friday). Two people will share one room for both nights. Everyone else will have one room for two nights.
Two people are vegetarians and one person doesn’t eat pork or I think red meat but chicken and fish are fine.
What time is check in? We’ll probably arrive around that on Friday.
How much do you need for deposit? Hopefully this isn’t too confusing.

Good evening, Lynda. If we book before Sept. 1, the recommended donation would be $95 per person per night ($190 each in the case you mentioned). For a commuter staying only one night (and assuming three meals) it would be just the $95. After Sept. 1, those rates tick up a bit.

Just to clarify most of us would be staying for 2 nights, 1 will only be staying for 1 night for sure. So if we get there after lunch on Friday and leave after brunch on Sunday how much would that be? For the 1 person she’ll be arriving after lunch on Friday and leaving after lunch on Saturday. Would it be $95 for her?
I think those were the only questions.

If so, what time would you plan to arrive and depart? Assuming 24-hours, a good benchmark would be $95 per person with lodging, meals, conference room, and refreshments.
